The Trial is Set for Aug. 4, 2010
As most of you know by now, Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich face a total of 23 felonies. These felonies include illegally funneling sedatives and opiates to Anna Nicole Smith, former actress, reality TV show personality and Playboy bunny.
In previous testimonies we learn that –
From Adelaide Now: ANNA Nicole Smith’s boyfriend and lawyer Howard K Stern was seen by a bodyguard injecting her with a sedative before her death, a court has heard.
Maurice Brighthaupt, aka Big Mo, said he had seen Stern inject Smith with medications four or five times in Florida and the Bahamas, and also watched the celebrity model’s psychiatrist, Dr Khristine Eroshevich, inject her once but did not specify the drug. He said he also saw Smith inject herself twice.
That would possibly be why she had the massive infection on her bottom, from all the shots as mentioned in her autopsy. The infection itself, I believe, had a large part to play in her fevers and pain. Anyone with any compassion should have noticed those marks and got her the medical help she needed. I don’t care if she went kicking and screaming!
The players in this drama will next meet with Judge Wesley for a hearing on April 23. Howard K. Stern still maintains his innocence and is looking forward to the trial so he can prove it. We will see Howard. After that August 4, 2010 marks the beginning of a long drawn-out battle against all parties. It should get ugly, as most already have guessed.
Anna Nicole in the Movies

What movies did Anna play in during her lifetime?
Anna aspired to be an actress and wanted to play different parts, not just the stereotypical blond w bosoms role. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to achieve that goal totally before she passed away. However, she did get her feet wet in a few movies along the way.
She made countless guest appearances and played herself in quite a few films as well. Not to mention all the Playboy venues she was starring in. All in all, she did quite a lot in a very short time.
She remained active and stayed true to her aspiration of being “The Next Marilyn Monroe”. After all you can’t be a “Sex Symbol” without the sex now can you?
- The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) where Anna played Za-Za, a brief appearance in 2 scenes.
- Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult (1994) Anna played Tanya Peters.
- Skyscraper (1995) Anna played Carrie Wisk, a gal brave enough to battle Jupiter the Gladiator in a shoot em up scene.
- To The Limit (1995) – Colette Dubois/Vickie Linn
- The Anna Nicole Show (2002) a Reality TV show which starred Anna, Daniel, Sugar Pie (her poodle), Shelley (her cousin), Howard K. Stern and Bobby Trendy.
- Wasabe Tuna (2003) Anna played herself.
- In her final movie she played an alien in Illegal Aliens which was filmed in the Bahamas.

What Changing Names Does to One’s Persona
Author: Traci Love
Anna Nicole Smith as we know her started her life out on November 28, 1967 as Vickie Lynn Hogan born in Harris County, Texas. She was the only child of Donald Eugene Hogan (born July 12, 1947) and Virgie Mae (née Tabers; born July 12, 1951). Her father didn’t stick around her long in her life as he left both her and her mother. They were only married for two years. Subsequently Anna was raised by her mother Virgie and Elaine (Todd) Tabers, wife of Virgie’s brother, Melvin Tabers. Anna had a half-brother, David Luther Tacker, Jr., who was one year older than her.
Her mother then remarried two years after her divorce to Anna’s father to Donald R. Hart and they gave birth to Anna’s younger half-brother Donald Ray Hart, Jr. It was after this marriage that Anna had her first name change, even her first name! Her new name was now Nikki Hart. She obviously thought this marriage would last, but alas it did not. It did make it 12 years. Her mother went on to marry many times more to Joe D. Thompson (1987, divorced 1991), James T. Sanders (1996, died 1996), and James H. Arthur (2000).
This carousel of men did not give Anna the right idea of what a good relationship was all about. Her mother was NOT the best of role models for her. It is no wonder that she did not have good luck in this department.
Her father also remarried and had more children, giving Anna more half-siblings, Donna Hogan (born 1971), Donald Ray Hogan (born 1973), and Amy Hogan (born 1975).
Her next name change came at age 17 when she married Billy Wayne Smith, who was 16 and a cook at the restaurant where she worked. The couple married April 4, 1985 and next year she gave birth to their son Daniel Wayne Smith. She and Billy separated in 1987 and she moved to Houston with one-year-old Daniel. They were officially divorced February 3, 1993, in Houston. I have not heard why Anna waited so long to get divorced.
I do know that her persona she developed was around the “Smith” name so there had to be some good reasoning, probably because it was Daniel’s last name and thereby not being outwardly obvious that she wasn’t with his father. It was a different approach than what she experienced by her mother who changed her name constantly. It makes a woman feel more joined to their children, this I know from experience myself.
